I wanted a tool like this. It didn’t exist.
Useful information was scattered across research, advice and lived experience, making it hard to work out what was actually relevant.
Research can surface useful possibilities. Coaches and other support can help. Specialist assessments may be available without people knowing about them. People also try things for themselves. These routes can all be useful, but they sit in different places. Even after trying something, it can be hard to tell what made the difference.
Bearing is exploring a more structured way to bring useful possibilities into view, test them in everyday life, and build clearer signals about what deserves your attention.
Your mix is your own.
Patterns, needs and experiences can show up differently from person to person. Bearing is designed to help you explore what seems relevant to your own mix and what you can probably put aside.
Designed to complement the support you use or may choose to use.
